This is a semi-automatic drum filling machine with a pressure-resistant explosion-proof design that achieves a conveying level of 200mm. It can be installed without digging a pit if the front and rear conveying levels are low.
We have adopted a slim floor scale for the weighing platform of the semi-automatic drum filling machine, achieving a transport level of 200mm, which is 100mm lower than our standard transport level of 300mm. This allows us to accommodate cases with transport level restrictions. Additionally, if free rollers are not used in the weighing section, we can also support ultra-slim configurations with an effective loading surface of less than 100mm, making it ideal for cases where items are moved and loaded using drum lifters. Both pressure-resistant explosion-proof and non-explosion-proof types can be manufactured. *Electrical equipment used in hazardous locations must undergo domestic explosion-proof certification in Japan, even if it has been certified for explosion-proof use overseas, such as IECEx or ATEX. Our products have obtained domestic explosion-proof certification (TIIS certification) and can be safely used in explosion-proof areas.

This is a low-floor type of semi-automatic filling machine for pressure-resistant explosion-proof drum cans. We also accept orders for the production of automatic transport conveyors, stock conveyors, label applicators, and palletizers. Various options can be added. "Various Options" - Change of liquid contact parts to PTFE It is possible to change the standard liquid contact parts from SUS304 (with PTFE gaskets) to SUS316 (with PTFE gaskets), SUS316L (with PTFE gaskets), or all PTFE. - Vapor hood A hood for collecting harmful gases that evaporate from the liquid. - Insulation jacket Ideal for filling liquids that solidify or become highly viscous without insulation. By using a double-pipe valve and passing steam, the temperature inside the valve can be kept high. - Long nozzle Ideal for filling foamy liquids. - Weighing scale & data collection system The filling machine can be connected to the weighing scale via serial communication, allowing for the measurement of the filling amount in net weight. Even after the JIS standardization of automatic scales, shipments can be made with only regular inspections of non-automatic scales if checked with the weighing scale.
