"Various Options" (1) Long Nozzle Specification Ideal for filling foamy liquids. You can choose between a stage liquid level tracking type and a liquid filling type. (2) Filling Initial Position Lifting Handle Mechanism If there are multiple filling containers with different heights, you can manually adjust the filling standby position up and down. (3) Clamp for BIB This is a mechanism for clamping the opening of the resin bag during filling of BIB (Bag-in-Box). (4) Teflon Nozzle It is possible to change to a fully PTFE valve for the liquid contact part. It is suitable for filling liquids that dislike the elution of metal ions. (5) SUS316/SUS316L Nozzle It is possible to change the liquid contact part from SUS304 to SUS316 or SUS316L. The gaskets are made of PTFE. (6) Conveyor for Loading and Unloading We also accept design and manufacturing of conveyors for loading and unloading at the front and back. (7) Weighing Scale If a certified weighing scale is installed on the filling machine side, it can continue to be used as is during the JIS standardization of automatic scales.
