During our rubber roll molding process, we encountered a defect that caused scratches on the shafts, so we were considering corrective measures. To prevent scratches, we manufactured protective covers using polyurethane for the frames and forklift forks that come into contact with the shafts. As a result, scratches on the shafts have been eliminated, leading to improved quality. The material is also excellent in load-bearing capacity and weather resistance, so we have been using it for nearly 10 years.
