This is an automatic label peeling machine for roll labels with a maximum width of 127mm (up to a label length of 305mm), compatible with roll labels from various label manufacturers. It supports a variety of substrates (white PET, transparent PET, Neoma, cast-coated paper, fine paper, kraft paper, foil paper, washi paper, Yupo, synthetic paper, etc.) and accommodates free shapes such as squares, circles, stars, and multiple rows of labels. Labeling can be efficiently performed with one hand. It features a slow transport speed of 51mm/second. The maximum diameter of the label set bar (shaft) is 1 inch (approximately 25mm), and the maximum diameter of the included reel (a device that clamps the roll label from both sides) is 3 inches (approximately 76mm). The roll labels to be used can be set on the label set bar as long as the inner diameter of the core is 1 inch or more. After setting the roll label, the sensor position and the holding brush can be adjusted using a butterfly screw. When the peeled label at the front is taken, the next label is sent out and peeled off. (The user gestures to pinch the label towards themselves.) This is a simple and user-friendly electric label dispenser, maintaining a clean workspace with an automatic winding mechanism for the release paper waste.
