It is an automatic label peeler for roll labels with a maximum width of 57mm. It is compatible with roll labels from various label manufacturers and supports a variety of materials (white PET, transparent PET*, Neoma, cast-coated paper, fine paper, kraft paper, foil paper, washi paper, Yupo, synthetic paper, etc.). It can accommodate free shapes such as squares, circles, stars, and multiple rows of labels. Labeling tasks can be performed efficiently with one hand. The transport speed is 56mm/second. The maximum diameter of the label set bar (shaft) is 1 inch (approximately 25mm), and the maximum diameter of the included reel (a device that clamps the roll label from both sides) is 3 inches (approximately 76mm).

The roll labels you use can be set on the label set bar if the inner diameter of the roll core is 1 inch or more. Set the roll label and adjust the sensor position and the pressure brush using the butterfly screw. When you take the label that has been peeled off in front, the next label is sent out and peeled off. (The user gestures to pinch the label upwards) This is a simple electric label dispenser that is easy for beginners to use. The waste release paper is automatically wound up to maintain a clean workspace. There is a hook at the back of the product, allowing it to be hung on the bar of the workbench (with a limit of φ60 for the outer diameter of the roll label). *Labels with a plain design on a transparent substrate are not supported.
