This is an automatic label peeling machine for roll labels with a maximum width of 178mm. It is compatible with various substrates (white PET, transparent PET, Neoma, cast-coated paper, fine paper, kraft paper, foil paper, washi paper, Yupo, synthetic paper, etc.). It supports free shapes such as square, round, star shapes, and multiple rows of labels. Labeling tasks can be performed efficiently with one hand. It is a slow type with a transport speed of 39mm/second. It can accommodate labels with a length of 3mm. The maximum diameter of the label set bar (shaft) is 1 inch (approximately 25mm), and the maximum diameter of the included reel (a device that clamps the roll label from both sides) is 3 inches (approximately 76mm). The roll labels you use can be set on the label set bar as long as the inner diameter of the core is 1 inch or more. After setting the roll label, the sensor position and the holding brush can be adjusted using a butterfly screw. When you take the peeled label from the front, the next label is sent out and peeled off. The user simply pinches the label upwards, making it a simple and easy-to-use electric label dispenser for beginners. The waste release paper is automatically wound up, maintaining a clean workspace. There is a hook at the back of the product, allowing it to be hung on a bar on the workbench (with a roll label outer diameter limit of Ø210).
