"Polite CLB" is a material that has significantly increased the oil content compared to conventional materials to enhance reliability in applications that require particularly long lifespans, such as fan motors. By using a special method to create copper-coated iron powder and through special sintering, the matrix strength is improved compared to traditional bearing materials, and fine pores are created to achieve low air permeability. As a result, even with a high oil content, it provides bearing performance equivalent to conventional bearings.
