"Porelight HDP" is an oil-impregnated bearing made from a special formulation primarily consisting of copper-coated iron powder, aimed at enhancing matrix strength, with a large and uniform dispersion of graphite, a solid lubricant, within it. The bearing offers improved wear resistance due to the underlying effect of iron, reduced galling by placing copper alloy on the surface, and enhanced lubrication and metal contact suppression due to the dispersion of graphite, making it possible to provide oil-impregnated bearings with excellent durability even under high loads. 【Features】 ■ High content of solid lubricant ensures excellent wear resistance under high load and low-speed conditions, resulting in highly durable oil-impregnated bearings. ■ Matrix reinforcement allows for a higher oil content compared to conventional materials (DMP). ■ The bearing surface is covered with a copper alloy, resulting in less galling with shafts compared to standard iron-copper materials, and improved corrosion resistance. ■ Compliant with ELV and RoHS standards. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
