This prevents the repetition of the same mistakes and helps to reduce the number of trials. In the mass production stage, we can document when and what kind of issues occurred with the mold, and who performed what repairs, along with photos and videos. By linking shot counts, we push notifications via email or alerts to workers and stakeholders regarding the timing for regular maintenance and parts replacement. The system navigation achieves complete preventive maintenance and reduces emergency repairs. Additionally, the cumbersome inventory management of spare parts has been functionalized. The registration of mold part replacements is linked with inventory counts, and stakeholders are notified when spare parts reach the reorder point. This prevents stoppages due to forgotten orders. From the accumulated information, we can automate graphing and aggregation tasks. With visualization, managers can instantly grasp what is happening on-site, supporting accurate decision-making. Workers can reduce the man-hours spent on creating graphs and aggregation for reporting, thereby improving work efficiency.
