Since there are no metal sliding parts from the main drive unit to the horizontal transport section (automatic loading and unloading conveyor), metal wear powder is not generated, and lubrication oil is also unnecessary. Features of the Belt Vartilator - It has a compact design that employs a highly reliable timing belt made of high-precision urethane, which is excellent in oil resistance and ozone resistance. It can be safely used in clean environments such as pharmaceutical and food production factories or secondary battery production facilities, where environments that dislike oil mist and metal wear powder are required.

It is a dedicated transport mechanism for cargo that has a transport route in the vertical direction, consisting of a vertical transport section (the main body of the vertical transport machine) equipped with a mechanism to raise and lower the receiving section, and a horizontal transport section (infeed/outfeed conveyor or infeed/outfeed device) equipped with a mechanism for loading and unloading cargo into and out of the receiving section.
