At Parts Seiko Co., Ltd., we conduct "Quality Assurance (Quality Control and In-Process Inspection)." Starting from the Quality Assurance Department, we have established a quality assurance system at each factory, enabling direct shipments from the factories. We also inspect and guarantee products manufactured at overseas and partner factories at the Quality Assurance Department and each shipping base factory. Regarding measuring equipment, we have introduced the same inspection measuring instruments both in Japan and overseas (2D measuring machines, 3D measuring machines). By using the same measuring instruments and methods, we ensure there are no measurement discrepancies between Japan and overseas.
