In deep hole machining, there are cases where it is difficult to respond using NC lathes or machining centers. Our company flexibly accommodates deep hole machining using gun drilling, as well as long parts and high-precision components, in collaboration with partner factories. We can meet strict quality requirements such as roundness, cylindricity, and straightness of 0.005mm, and surface roughness corresponding to JIS symbol ∇∇∇∇ (Ra0.2).
