Case study of the integrated processing machine 'FPC6000' for automatic loading, cutting, and drilling.
Our equipment is also used in the production of road signs! A case study of the adoption of centralized processing machines.
The customer expressed concerns that due to the variety and small quantities of processed materials, the current processing machine is not cost-effective, and they sought our advice on how to address this issue. Automation tailored to a cost-effective basis is one of our specialties. This time, we proposed an integrated processing machine called "FPC6000," which combines automatic loading, cutting, and drilling. However, since this was the first attempt, there were numerous adjustments needed on both the software and hardware sides. Additionally, there was a request to dock with the equipment currently being used by the customer, which posed some challenges, but we managed to complete a machine that met their satisfaction. After the installation, we received reports that they are now operating within the cost-effective processing time. [Case Study] ■ Before Installation - The current processing machine is not cost-effective. ■ After Installation - Operating within the cost-effective processing time. *For product details, please download the catalog. *Specifications may vary slightly.
