Zerast® vapor-phase rust prevention film is not only designed for manual wrapping with heat sealing or tape, but also offers various films specifically for automatic packaging.
The "Zerust® Series" includes not only standard films that can be sealed with tape or heat, similar to plastic bags (polyethylene), but also various other products. - Zerust Skin Pack: Parts are placed on air cells (cushioning material) and vacuum packaged with skin film. They can be shipped as is. - Zerust (Standard) Film: Suitable for heat sealing and pillow packaging. - Zerust Poly Paper: A type where craft paper is laminated on the outside of Zerust film. It is used for pillow packaging. Since the exterior is paper, fine printing and handwritten markings are possible. - Stretch Film: Used by wrapping around parts or products that need rust protection. - Active Pack Series/Active Tab Series: Instant vapor-phase rust inhibitors. - Square Bottom Bags: Can be used as inner bags or can be placed over large products. - Calotex ST-400: Water-displacing cleaning rust preventive oil. - Axatec 80: Water-soluble rust preventive coating agent. - Axaclean 2048: Rust and discoloration remover for ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
