Oil-based rust preventive agent "CP-CU Series" - Oil-based discoloration preventive agent for copper.
For the corrosion protection and discoloration suppression of copper and copper alloys.
【CP-CU】 ● The oil component strongly adsorbs to the surface, suppressing corrosion and discoloration of copper and copper alloys. ● It has a low dynamic viscosity (below 4 mm²/s) and forms an extremely thin soft oil film (1-2 µm), leaving no stickiness. ● The effective period for discoloration suppression is approximately 3 months (indoors). However, this may vary depending on usage conditions. ● It has excellent degreasing properties and can be easily removed with hydrocarbon-based cleaning agents. 【CP-CU-D】 Fast-drying type of the above product ● The oil component strongly adsorbs to the surface, suppressing corrosion and discoloration of copper and copper alloys. ● It has a low dynamic viscosity (below 2 mm²/s) and forms an extremely thin soft oil film (1-2 µm), drying to the touch in 10-15 minutes after application. ● The effective period for discoloration suppression is approximately 3 months (indoors). However, this may vary depending on usage conditions. ● It has excellent degreasing properties and can be easily removed with hydrocarbon-based cleaning agents.
