We would like to introduce a case where our company solved the issue of productivity not improving due to the occurrence of upper and lower mold misalignment adjustment work with existing molds. The standards for upper and lower mold misalignment were strict, making fine adjustments difficult, and even after reassembling, the issue was not easily resolved. In response, we manufactured an eccentric set block that can be adjusted on the press.
