【Composition g/L】 (Miller formulation) Tryptone ... 10.0 g Yeast extract ... 5.0 g Sodium chloride ... 10.0 g pH 7.0 ± 0.2 【Preparation Method】 ● LB Liquid Medium 1. Add 1 L of purified water to 25 g of medium powder and heat to dissolve. 2. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes and allow to cool sufficiently. 3. Add antibiotics or other substances aseptically as needed. ● LB Agar Medium 1. Add 1 L of purified water and the necessary amount of agar (approximately 1.0 to 1.5%) to 25 g of medium powder, and heat to dissolve. 2. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes and allow to cool sufficiently. 3.
