Shine Kogei's "Cera Armor" is a functional coating that adds value to the base material by providing release properties and wear resistance. It possesses physical properties superior to fluororesins and can form a high-hardness ceramic coating on resins, engineering plastics, glass, wood, and other materials that could not be treated with fluororesins. Cera Armor is also adopted for rolls that struggle with material adhesion. Thanks to Cera Armor's excellent release properties, it prevents adhesion to the surfaces of rolls used for resins, films, foils, adhesives, and more. It also contributes to reducing manufacturing time and labor in production lines. Cera Armor can be applied to various metals, including SUS, aluminum, and SS.
