The G: BOX mini is compact but can image in any application of fluorescence, chemiluminescence, or visible light.
G:Box mini! For rapid and accurate imaging and analysis of DNA gels, protein gels and blots, chemiluminescent Western blots, fluorescent dye blots, multiplex gels, and infrared blots. A compact multi-imaging system capable of everything from gel documentation to chemiluminescence and fluorescence. High accuracy: By combining a unique motorized stage with a cooled high-resolution 6 or 9-megapixel camera, it can accurately produce actual optical images, not just digitally enhanced ones. Even on complex gels, it can distinguish between closely spaced chemical bands and fluorescent bands or spots, confirming that they are indeed part of the data. High speed: Equipped with an option for multi-color channels that are 200 times brighter than standard LEDs, it provides fast exposure and sharp multiplex fluorescent images. Powerful: A compact multi-application powerhouse for accurately imaging fluorescent/visible gels, multiplex fluorescent Westerns/stainless gels/chemiluminescent blots.

basic information
■ High-performance lens: This motor-driven lens with autofocus and an F:0.95 aperture is ideal for excellent images. Using GeneSys software, you can easily control the lens's aperture size, focus, and zoom to achieve the desired results. ■ High-resolution cooled CCD camera: With ultra-high resolution of 6 or 9 megapixels and a wide wavelength range, it ensures the separation of closely spaced fluorescent bands and spots even in 2D gels. ■ Ultra-low temperature cooling function: Peltier cooling allows for cooling down to -57°C, increasing exposure time without increasing background noise, enabling the detection of minute chemiluminescence. ■ Filter selection: Additional filters for seven types of fluorescent staining and UV filters can be applied. ■ Many visible light options: By placing a conversion screen over UV transmission illumination, you can observe techniques like Coomassie staining and silver staining in visible light. The blue light conversion screen generates blue light at 460-470nm. There is also an option for 470nm UltraBright Blue LED transmission illumination to visualize fluorescent dyes without UV. ■ Real imaging: The motorized stage allows for adjustment of the distance between the sample and the camera, producing actual optical images rather than digitally processed enlargements.
