This is a black plating technology conducted using a non-electrolytic plating method. It provides a deep black coating with a piano black finish. No environmentally regulated substances are used (RoHS compliant). **Features:** - The coating thickness is uniform and can be applied evenly to complex-shaped parts and the inner surfaces of pipes. - Superior wear resistance compared to other black surface treatments. - High hardness, making it resistant to scratches (around Hv500). - Excellent heat resistance and light resistance (no discoloration due to UV exposure). - Average reflectance in the visible light range (including all diffuse reflection) is less than 10%. - Conductive coating, preventing static electricity buildup. - No environmentally regulated substances are used (RoHS compliant). **Properties:** - **Light Absorption:** Absorbs over 90% of light in the visible spectrum (380-750nm) on average. - **Corrosion Resistance:** No corrosion observed even after 150 hours of continuous exposure in a 5% salt spray test. - **Heat Resistance:** Reflectance does not change even after holding at 200°C for 2 hours. - **Precision:** Uniform film formation is possible for all shapes (±10% of specified thickness). - **Materials:** Treatment is possible for various materials.
