Coatings for agricultural machinery that provide wear resistance, durability, impact resistance, and protection against salt damage.
Spray resin lining technology aimed at improving wear resistance, durability, chemical resistance, and countermeasures against salt damage in agricultural machinery such as tractors and combines.
Under various environmental conditions where multiple deterioration factors such as severe wear, corrosion from chemicals and seawater, thermal effects, and cracking due to impact are compounded, polyurea exhibits its properties and continues to protect the substrate for an extended period. High-grade polyurea has long-term resistance to 50% sulfuric acid, protecting the substrate from corrosive factors (such as acids and alkalis). Additionally, in JIS standard paint wear tests, it shows a remarkable wear resistance with a coating loss of only 3 mg compared to other lining materials. Its high weather resistance also allows it to maintain stable strength outdoors for a long time. By applying polyurea coating to particularly deteriorated components such as bulldozer buckets, power shovel scoops, tractor tilling blades, and combine harvester cutting blades, a significant extension of their service life can be expected. In the case of snowplow shovels, polyurea coatings have demonstrated significant effectiveness in wear resistance and resistance to calcium chloride.

basic information
Polyurea resin is a resin compound formed by the chemical reaction between isocyanates and polyamines. It has an extremely fast curing time of a few seconds to several dozen seconds, and it excels in waterproofing, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, and heat resistance, serving as a lining material that protects substrates from various deforming factors. Additionally, there are grades with an elongation rate of over 400%, which demonstrate high followability to the occurrence and behavior of cracks in the substrate. It is also gaining attention for explosion-proof measures in military facilities, plant equipment, and major buildings. With spray application, it is possible to cover several hundred square meters per day, achieving high workability for outdoor plant applications, and large-scale mass production in conjunction with industrial robots is also being considered. Depending on the intended use, there is a diverse lineup of heated curing types, room temperature curing types, and hand-applied grades, catering to the diverse needs of customers.

Founded 91 years ago as "Yashima Automobile Parts Trading Company," our company originated from the automotive parts division of Yashima Motor Co., which was the general importer of Chrysler vehicles in 1926. Over the years, we evolved from supplying repair parts to directly providing mass-produced components to automobile manufacturers, in line with the pre-war and post-war trends of domestic automobile production. At the time of our establishment, the Toranomon area was referred to as Japan's Detroit, yet there were almost no domestic vehicles present, and we had been engaged in automotive-related business even before the domestic production of automobiles began. Today, we have transformed and grown into a technical trading company that directly supplies and sells mass-produced parts to major automobile manufacturers and construction machinery manufacturers. We support the development departments of manufacturers with technical proposals and assist the procurement departments with global parts sourcing, providing mass production solutions for a wide range of products, from resin molded products, semiconductors, electronic components, and sensors to inverters and onboard motors that make up electric vehicles. Notably, the next-generation onboard electrification components have significantly increased, with mass production sales reaching an annual scale of 6 billion yen.
