  ◆ Vacuum Balancer "Jumbo" Utilizes vacuum to attract and lift loads. Capable of quickly transporting loads of up to 300 kg with intuitive operation. The ability to raise and lower the workpiece through the extension and contraction of the lifting hose is its main feature. Optimal handles and pads can be selected according to the application.

  ◆ Vacuum Lift "Vacuum Master" This is a vacuum suction-type lifting device used suspended from lifting equipment such as electric chain hoists. It safely transports heavy objects weighing up to 1000 kg without load. Depending on the nature of the work, you can choose products with functions to tilt the load by 90° or rotate it by 180°. In addition to the general standard type, we offer a variety of lineups tailored to the material of the objects being transported and the specifics of the work.

  ◆ Crane System This is an aluminum crane system necessary for installing "Jumbo" and "Vacuum Master" at the customer's site. Schmalz's crane systems are developed with a focus on lightweight design and smooth operation, and can be supplied in forms suitable for the work environment, such as jib cranes and overhead cranes.

  "Equipped with comprehensive testing facilities and equipment" At our Yokohama headquarters, we have over ten types of manual transport devices along with a variety of suction pads and attachments available for permanent use, allowing you to experience the feel of operation and transport capacity firsthand. In vacuum suction transport, conducting suction tests using actual workpieces is essential; customers can bring in their workpieces and conduct on-site tests in the presence of our technical staff. It is also possible for customers to send their workpieces to us, where our technical staff will conduct tests and provide reports with videos and photos. Additionally, we can accommodate on-site demonstrations at the customer's location.
