basic information
Direct selection and extraction of single cells from a culture dish is possible. Dispensing one cell into 80 PCR tubes in one cycle. The droplet volume for adherent cells is less than 1µl, and the pickup volume for suspended cells is up to 1nl. Processing time per cell is approximately 15 to 20 seconds. Separation of subpopulations of adherent live cells using fluorescent markers. Both labeled and non-labeled cells can be recognized from the PC screen. Cells are separated in a live state, and labeled cells are separated using fluorescent molecular probes. Both adherent and non-adherent cells can be separated. Using a fluorescence filter on the microscope allows for the detection of multiple cells. The speed of collecting multiple cells is one cell per second. The number of cells that can be collected in one program execution ranges from 1 to 1000.
