The obtained driving data is compared with actual results and similar models! Those judged to be normal will be shipped.
Our company can conduct pre-shipment trial runs for certain models and a complete set of frames. By maintaining a specified rotational speed for a certain period and monitoring temperature, vibration, and unusual noises from bearings, we can confirm the condition of the centrifuge after maintenance. By comparing the obtained operating data with past performance and similar models, we ensure that there are no issues with the repair or assembly processes, and only those deemed normal are shipped. 【KBK Engineering's Centrifuge Maintenance】 ■ Over 40 years of experience in the manufacture and maintenance of centrifuges ■ Comprehensive support from diagnosis and condition verification to trial runs ■ Repairs tailored to the necessary components ■ Post-repair improvements in processes due to reduced moisture content in treated materials and stabilized quality, leading to increased productivity *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
