The "MC8541P" supports the PCI bus, while the "MC8541Pe" supports PCI-Express ×1, and is a circuit board equipped with the 4-axis motor control IC "MCX514" that features interpolation functionality. With a single board, you can independently control the positioning or speed of 4-axis servo motors or stepping motors. The interpolation functionality has been enhanced compared to previous models, allowing for linear interpolation of up to 4 axes.
