A parts feeder and a non-vibrating parts feeder application inspection device that achieve ultimate product damage-free handling through non-vibrating parts transport technology.
The "Trefeeder," a non-vibrating parts feeder developed by Toray Precision, is a new type of parts feeder that aligns and transports target products without vibrations. It demonstrates excellent performance in damage-free alignment and transportation of parts (components) ranging from a few mm to about 20 mm, with capabilities for handling a variety of types and low electrostatic charge. In addition to being used as a simple parts feeder, it can also be upgraded into an inspection system by installing measurement and inspection devices and a work retrieval unit within the equipment. 【Examples of Target Parts (Components)】 1. Small to medium-sized ferrite components (such as inductor components, drum shapes, array shapes, sleeve shapes, ring shapes, plate shapes, disk shapes, etc.) 2. Small to medium-sized ceramic components (various electronic components, drum shapes, array shapes, sleeve shapes, ring shapes, plate shapes, disk shapes, etc.) 3. Other parts (components) with sizes ranging from a few mm to about 20 mm 【Must-See! Videos】 1. Inverted posture control supply of inductor components (ferrite drum work) 2. Inspection of both sides of a Φ10mm ferrite drum, damage-free good product retrieval, automatic tray transfer 3. Appearance inspection of the flange underside of a Φ15mm notched drum (AI image processing), damage-free good product retrieval

basic information
【Features Details】 1. Damage-Free Transport (Long and Short Sides, Inverted, Front and Back, Surface Alignment): Significant reduction of damage to workpieces through vibration-free alignment. Control and correction of the workpiece's long and short sides, inverted position, front and back, and surface orientation using guide formations, air blow, magnet units, etc. Workpieces that pass quality inspection are collected damage-free using an air-floating slope. 2. In-Machine Inspection of Parts Feeders: Since there is no vibration inside the parts feeder, it can be equipped with customer-specified measurement and inspection cameras, various sensors, or our recommended measurement and inspection systems that are compatible with the tray feeder. The vibration-free, seamless guide induction minimizes disturbances in workpiece orientation when transferring to the inspection table. 3. Multi-Variety Compatibility: One model can accommodate multiple varieties, with variety switching requiring only a few parts replacements and sensor threshold adjustments. 4. Static Electricity Suppression Structure: There are few points where workpieces come into contact with the machine structure, making it less likely for static electricity issues to occur. 5. Direct Connection to Next Process: Due to the absence of vibration, the linear feeder end can be directly connected to the customer's next process. 6. Quiet Operation: There is no vibration noise, resulting in excellent quietness.

Precision micro-machining technology is increasingly recognized as a common foundational technology that supports modern advanced industries. Since its establishment in 1955, Toray Precision Co., Ltd. has manufactured spinnerets, which are key technologies for synthetic fiber production, and has contributed to the development of the synthetic fiber industry by providing them to fiber manufacturers worldwide, including Japan and Europe and the United States. Meanwhile, the experience and technology gained during this time in precision micro-machining have been widely applied to other industrial sectors. Precision machined components are incorporated into critical parts of aircraft, industrial robots, measurement and control equipment, etc. Additionally, the specially developed and designed fluid nozzles have demonstrated their functionality as important components in various industrial machines. The ultra-precision micro-machining technology, boasting sub-micron precision, is also utilized in the optical communication field, which is essential for realizing a highly information-oriented society. We have also commercialized various optical devices, including optical components such as ferrules and adapters. As a pioneer in ultra-precision micro-machining technology, we will continue to contribute to society by delivering high-precision, high-quality products.
