Sludge generated from water treatment facilities in various factories contains about 60-85% moisture even after dewatering treatment. The problem is that the more moisture the sludge contains when disposed of as industrial waste, the heavier it becomes, leading to a greater cost burden for waste disposal. Therefore, by using our unique variable-speed dual-axis disc dryer to dry the dewatered sludge to a moisture content of 10-30%, we were able to reduce the treatment weight and lower the disposal cost.
