Batch type: When the amount of waste liquid generated is about 10 to 150 liters per day, it can handle substances other than the components to be distilled and regenerated (residual materials) in both liquid and solid forms. (Batch type cannot operate continuously in an automated manner.)

【Features】 ■ Explosion-proof certification according to IEC international standards Complies with IEC 60079 series explosion-proof structure ■ Compact design, requiring minimal installation space ■ Fine temperature settings available The distillation temperature can be set between 50℃ and 200℃ in 1℃ increments, and the heating heater output can also be adjusted, allowing for a wider range of solvent regeneration. ■ Easy operation Automatic operation can be achieved simply by pressing a button on the computer panel. ■ Built-in diaphragm pump This device is equipped with an air-driven diaphragm pump, enabling automatic transfer of waste solvents into the distillation tank. (A timer for pump operation is located at the top of the control panel.) ■ Easy cleanup A manual drain valve is equipped at the bottom of the distillation tank, allowing for easy removal of any remaining liquid sludge after the regeneration process. If the sludge solidifies, please use the included liner bag (heat-resistant nylon bag).
