By reducing the pulse count due to decreased pressure loss, the amount of pulse air is reduced, thereby expanding energy-saving effects!
We would like to introduce a detailed description of the diffuser we handle. Conventional pulse air dust collectors have the drawback that the pulse air is emitted unevenly, concentrated at the top of the filter cloth. In such cases, the current approach is to increase the number of pulse air emissions or raise the air pressure to enhance the dislodging effect. By attaching a diffuser, the pulse air is evenly dispersed across the filter cloth, effectively and efficiently emitting over the entire surface, turning the entire area into an effective filtration surface. This reduces pressure loss to about one-third, completely eliminates clogging, and extends the filter cloth's replacement lifespan by approximately six times. Additionally, as filter cloth damage is resolved and pressure loss decreases, the number of pulses can be reduced, leading to a decrease in pulse air volume and an expansion of energy-saving effects. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
