**Main Features** ■ Seamless Lining Coating The immersion method allows for coating (lining) the entire surface of the base material without seams, resulting in a reliable lining with no pinholes. ■ Durable and Thick Lining Coating A semi-rigid and thick lining coating that excels in impact resistance and weather resistance. It is possible to achieve a standard film thickness of over 3mm. ■ Strong Adhesion to Base Metal Unlike typical resin coatings, KS coating achieves strong adhesion between the base metal and the lining coating through a special primer treatment. ■ Capable of Coating Large Base Materials As a semi-rigid PVC lining using the immersion method, it can form some of the largest items in Japan. It can line objects up to 1.6M wide, 6.0M long, and 1.5M high in a single operation. ■ Capable of Handling Complex Shapes It can easily coat complex shapes such as header pipes, perforated plates, and expansion vanes, which are difficult to handle with manual lining. ■ Color: Black
