Accurate detection even in harsh environments! High resolution of up to 17 bits. Easy installation with a thin hollow shaft design.
The new product, the "CE58M Series," is a magnetic absolute rotary encoder that can be safely used in harsh environments where oil mist falls and vibrations and shocks occur. Thanks to its hollow shaft design, there is no need for a coupling to connect to the counterpart shaft, allowing for space-saving on the machinery side. It is resistant to electromagnetic waves and magnetic fields from the surroundings, and it also possesses dustproof and drip-proof performance (IP65 standard), enabling high-precision rotation angle detection even in severe conditions. With its compact and tough structure, it is suitable for civil engineering measurement equipment, construction machinery, and industrial machinery. 【Features】 - Multi-turn type capable of measuring rotation even when the main power is off is also available. - High resolution: 17 bits for one rotation, 16 bits for multi-turn. - Protective structure resistant to water droplets and oil splashes (IP65). - Supports zero set input and position data increment direction switching input. *We are currently offering a set of three documents introducing features and case studies. Since its founding in 1952, the Green Sensor has a history spanning 70 years as a pioneer of analog displacement sensors (potentiometers). While anticipating global technological advancements, we have developed high-functionality, high-quality products and contributed, albeit modestly, to the development of society. In recent years, we have realized the commercialization of digital displacement sensors (encoders) and will continue to pursue further technological innovation, aiming to evolve as a prominent company.
