[Case Study] Update of Neutralization Equipment Due to Aging at a Ready-Mixed Concrete Plant

We received a message from a major concrete factory in the Kanto region stating, "We are considering updating our existing neutralization equipment due to its aging." It seemed that price was a priority for them, but the proposal from the salesperson who conducted the site survey, along with the fact that our company could handle both the installation and removal work, was highly evaluated, leading to their decision to adopt our solution. They wanted to minimize the hassle of chemical replenishment, so we selected a 2m3 tank for the chemical storage. The installation location was also separate from the main neutralization equipment. Since the chemical replenishment would be done via a tanker, we prepared the tanker piping as well. Additionally, we arranged for the chemicals themselves. Furthermore, to ensure that pH fluctuations are automatically recorded, we added a recorder as an option, which was appreciated for its flexible construction and design.
