We will introduce the reasons why our company can achieve high quality and short delivery times. Metal masks are created through suitable editing done in-house based on our unique know-how. By inspecting the state after cream solder printing in 3D, we confirm that the printed state is appropriate, checking for issues such as smudging, fading, and excess solder, while maintaining the optimal amount of solder. Our high-speed mounter can set up to 420 types plus 40 types of trays, allowing us to deliver boards with 400 types and 4,500 components in just a few units within about four days.
