Exhibits a well-balanced temperature distribution performance! Heater with insulation material suitable for heating thin pipes.
At Watty, we offer the 'Easy Trace Heater,' a simple design that allows for smooth installation without the hassle. The US fiber heating elements are arranged in a narrow pitch, providing excellent temperature distribution performance. Additionally, parts such as joints and valves, which were previously difficult to heat evenly with tape heaters, can now be uniformly heated by adding localized components. Installation of thermocouples, Pt sensors, thermostats, etc., is available as an option. 【Features】 ■ Ease of Installation - A simple design that allows for smooth installation without hassle. ■ Uniformity - Exhibits excellent temperature distribution performance. - Joints and valves can also be uniformly heated by adding localized components. ■ Insulation - The built-in E-glass insulation material in the heater provides insulation effects. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. ▼ Contact Information TEL: Sagamihara Office 042-704-5352 MAIL: info@watty.co.jp

Our company (formerly known as Keihin Sokkiki Co., Ltd.) was reborn as Watty, Inc. on January 1, 2007, marking our 40th anniversary. The company name combines "watt," a familiar unit of power associated with our main manufacturing division, the Thermal Systems Division (which develops, manufactures, and sells heater units used primarily in semiconductor and FPD manufacturing equipment and various precision instruments), and "water," representing the liquid typically sensed by our other main division, the Sensor Division (which focuses on the development, manufacturing, and sales of liquid level sensors). Thus, we chose the name Watty to reflect these two pillars.
