With simple molds, we deliver the optimal products for small lots of prototypes and development items as quickly as possible.
Our simple molds are original cassette-type molds that offer short delivery times and low prices. Prototyped injection molded products can be produced in minimum lots starting from just one piece. We are working with the fastest mold design software in the world, TopMold, and integrating it with TopCam, which does not require intermediate data, to achieve "the optimal product in the fastest time." For the current project, the prototype molded product made from polyester-based elastomer will be sampled within 7 days after the order is placed. We can also accommodate production molds and production lots. The transition from simple molds to production molds is consistently smooth. Supported materials include ABS, AS, PP, PE, PS, PET, PMMA, PA, PC, POM, PBT, PPE, PPS, PVC, elastomers, PLA, recycled plastics, and others.
