In June 2020, the Japan Wood Industry Federation established the "Emergency Grant Program for Excess Timber Stock Utilization" for publicly recognized buildings and structures. By procuring timber from registered Clean Wood businesses, full grant amounts can be received, and restrictions on receiving grants are relaxed.
