A new generation of silicate paint! It offers rich colors and ultra-long durability for mineral-based exteriors.
Kaimu paint is a non-combustible silicate paint that penetrates mineral-based substrates (such as concrete, brick, plaster, and mortar) through "water glass," triggering a chemical reaction that "integrates" with the substrate. This process allows the unique texture of the substrate to be preserved while providing a rich array of colors and strong resistance to UV rays, pollutants, and the growth of mold and moss. Kaimu Soldalit is a new generation of silicate paint specifically designed for exterior walls, enabling a variety of previously unknown coatings. Thanks to the unique characteristics of Kaimu paint mentioned above, it results in a colorfast, ultra-long-lasting painted surface.

basic information
Kaim Soldalit is a silicate paint specifically designed for exterior walls, using a proven binder made from a combination of zolsilicate and water glass. This binder not only allows silicate paint to be applied to mineral-based substrates but also enables direct application to many organic substrates without the need for an intermediate coat. Additionally, Kaim Soldalit is made from weather-resistant fillers and pure inorganic pigments, combining all the advantages that traditional emulsion silicate paints have over any organic paint substrate. Kaim Soldalit can be used on mineral-based substrates as well as for renovations, sound dispersion painting, silicone painting, and priming. Exceptions where it cannot be used include wood, plastic and rubber paints, saponified old paints (e.g., oil-based paints), substrates without absorption (e.g., lacquers and varnishes), and lightweight concrete materials.

Company information
SGM Corporation's main business, the "Mecasera System," was developed in 1983 through joint research with Tohoku University. The core technology of this system is the superoxide ion generation method, aimed at water quality purification treatment of waste oil and similar substances, as well as deodorization, water quality purification, and sludge reduction of sewage and domestic wastewater in agricultural communities and sewage systems. The water purification quality is remarkably stable and low-cost, requiring no modifications to existing equipment, and it can be used semi-permanently as a highly reliable and robust product. Since its launch over 30 years ago, it has numerous achievements, including local governments (agricultural communities), major companies in Japan, and various foreign countries.
