The NXE400, which achieves ultra-fast molding at a reasonable price through LSPc technology, operates at six times the speed and 2.5 times the volume of other comparable stereolithography 3D printers on the market. It can continuously print parts of up to 16 liters at a maximum speed of 1 Z centimeter per minute. In addition to xGPP material (gray), the DMM.make 3D printing service has added xABS (black) and PP-like material (translucent). The molded products can be utilized for industrial applications and are also suitable for products and mock-ups, making them useful as marketing tools. Due to the fast molding speed, we can deliver relatively quickly compared to other materials we handle. The parts are molded with a layer pitch of 0.1mm. When placing an order, you can choose between standard processing (with support) and support removal. The NXE400 provides physical support, so it cannot create interlinked parts. ■ Use Cases It is widely used for extrusion molding, casting, machining, as an alternative method for injection molding, molds, and formwork, as well as for molding small parts of IoT products and finished products using 3D CAD data.
