[New Product] The latest model equipped with a traverse function for the CMTS-5000T type, which enables multi-point measurements on the manufacturing line and allows for long-term stable monitoring.
The "CMTS-7000T" is an online (in-line) spectrophotometric device (transmittance measurement) that enables long-term stable monitoring in the coloring process of continuous production lines such as film and glass. It adopts an automatic calibration method using an electric actuator, allowing for stable measurements. Additionally, it can perform multipoint measurements of up to 6 points (excluding calibration positions). (Note: Custom orders for measurement positions of more than 6 points are also available.) This model processes the spectral transmittance of products and displays it on a computer. The monitor shows spectral distribution charts, color difference values, color deviation judgment charts, etc., allowing for easy monitoring of manufacturing conditions. Furthermore, an external alarm output activates in case of abnormalities. 【Installation Benefits】 ● Reduction of color matching time ● Reduction of time required for product changeovers ● Decrease in loss rates ● Savings on sampling costs ● Improvement in operator performance *For customers who would like more details, please feel free to contact us.

In 1947, a color research group was established in a corner of Tsukishima, Tokyo, which later became the Color Division of Japan Electronic Measuring Instruments Co., Ltd. The group focused primarily on the production of standard color samples and research and guidance on color adjustment. In November 1956, it became independent and was established as Murakami Color Technology Research Institute, Inc. Since its founding, our company has made the production of measuring instruments related to visual information processing, including "color and gloss," the production of color samples, and the promotion of color management the pillars of our business, and we have been active as a pioneer in the industry. Our market share is extremely high. We will continue to make further efforts for the development of color science and the creation of a prosperous society, and we hope to be of service to everyone.
