This is a unit for winding paper, film, etc., up to 600 mm in width with constant tension.
A torque motor is used for winding, allowing the winding torque to be adjusted with a volume control. The roll exchange can be easily performed as the receiving plate in front of the winding shaft can be folded down with a single touch. The winding direction can be switched between forward and reverse with a switch. Since it is a torque motor, it can also be used as a winding brake. Options: Foot switch (start/stop) with a cable length of 3 meters. It can be easily utilized for scrap (waste) or separator winding. Custom-made products according to your specifications can be produced from just one unit, so please inquire. Select the rotation speed from 50/100/300 rpm.
