This is a device for winding paper and film up to 1500 mm wide onto a paper core. The winding speed and winding tension can be individually adjusted using a volume control.
The ultrasonic sensor detects the winding diameter, and tension control is implemented to maintain a constant tension even when the diameter changes. The winding direction can be switched between forward and reverse using a switch. By applying back tension, it can also be used as a pay-off device (pay-off brake). The standard model is a dual-support type for a 3-inch air shaft. Core widths from 800 mm to 1500 mm can be provided in increments of 100 mm for each model.
