We are a specialized manufacturer of original products such as blister packs, slide blister packs, and shell packs, including custom-made and special orders.
In the case of blister packs, the product is sandwiched between the molded item and the backing paper, and is heat-sealed to protect the product, enhance its appearance, increase its value, and allow it to be hung for display, making it advantageous for sale in limited spaces. Slide blister packs refer to a method where the molded item is not heat-sealed between the molded item and the backing paper, but instead, both sides of the molded item are bent in a U-shape to insert the backing paper. Shell pack blisters do not use backing paper; instead, they attach a hinge to the molded item, allowing it to be folded and secured in a snap-fit manner, resulting in the best appearance of the product from both the front and back.

basic information
In vacuum forming, blister packs generally use a convex mold. This is advantageous because it creates a strong surface that does not put a burden on the product and is less likely to cause scratches. The factory operates with production equipment in a quasi-clean room, automatically controlling air pressure, and uses thin plastic sheets along with inexpensive blades called Thomson to simultaneously perform automatic punching and collection with an automatic puncher to produce blister packs.

There are various molding methods for plastic molding processing, but our company's vacuum forming (vacuum molding) has lower mold costs compared to other molding methods and allows for small lots of a wide variety of products. This enables us to mass-produce plastic containers at a low cost within a quasi-cleanroom factory. Additionally, due to its high versatility, plastic containers such as conductive trays, frozen food containers, cosmetic trays, blister packs, barrier trays, clear cases, and biodegradable plastics are used in various fields.
