The interface strength is strong and the design is excellent! Molding was achieved in one process solely through press molding.
We have made it possible to combine continuous fibers and discontinuous fibers in a process called "hybrid molding" through our unique technology. Traditionally, multiple processes were required using methods such as press molding and injection molding, but we have achieved molding in a single process using only press molding. We can add ribs/bosses made of discontinuous fibers to the inner surface, while designing the outer layer with a rich aesthetic using continuous fibers. We can provide CFRTP molded products that are high-strength, lightweight, and excellent in design due to the added strength of continuous fibers. 【Features】 ■ Process reduction ■ Strong interfacial strength ■ Only one side of the mold is needed ■ High strength and lightweight ■ Excellent design ■ Mass production is possible *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company specializes in the design, molding, processing, and sale of composite materials, primarily carbon and glass fiber reinforced plastics. Our corporate policy is to remain a company that can continuously make new proposals using the latest information and technology, ensuring that our customers become repeat clients by maintaining cost, quality, and delivery time. We have a proven track record in product molding and processing across various fields, including LCD and semiconductor manufacturing equipment, industrial robots, medical devices, civil engineering, construction, sports, hobbies and aerospace. We employ hand lay-up molding, autoclave molding (Unit 1: φ1100×2600, Unit 2: φ2000×5000), infusion molding, and press molding. FRP requires very complex design processes, from molding methods to fiber types and lamination structures, to achieve the final product. Based on customer information, we realize optimal designs and processes.
