It is a preservation solution that can freeze and store stem cells while maintaining their multipotency (undifferentiated state).
"Stem Cell Keep" is a vitrification freezing preservation solution optimized to maintain high vitrification ability while minimizing cytotoxicity, specifically designed for primate ES/iPS cells. It allows for the freezing preservation of colonies using the vitrification method. It does not contain DMSO or animal protein components, which are said to affect cell differentiation. Additionally, when used according to the protocol, it allows for the preservation of up to 100 vials. 【Features】 - Does not contain DMSO or animal protein components - Allows for freezing preservation of colonies using the vitrification method - Can freeze preserve stem cells while maintaining their multipotency - Efficiently freezes preserves ES/iPS cell colonies - Allows for the preservation of up to 100 vials when used according to the protocol *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

The establishment of BioVerde Co., Ltd. originated from the selection of the pre-venture research "Development of a Long-term Preservation Solution for Biological Tissues at Room Temperature" at Kyoto University in October 2003 by the Japan Science and Technology Agency. Following the conclusion of this pre-venture period, we founded the venture in March 2006 as a spin-off from Kyoto University to further develop the research and advance it towards commercialization. To date, we have engaged in research and development and manufacturing of new preservation solutions for transplantable cells, biological tissues, and organs using plant-derived polyphenols, as well as the development and manufacturing of food products utilizing green tea, green tea extracts (such as catechins), and similar ingredients.
