Energy-saving with cold packs. A dryer that cools and dehumidifies using compressed air as a refrigerant.
This is a refrigerated air dryer that cools and dehumidifies compressed air using refrigerant. Unlike conventional refrigerated dryers, by incorporating a phase change material (PCM) called a refrigerant into the heat exchanger, the operating time of the built-in refrigerant compressor is reduced, and energy-saving effects are achieved by absorbing flow and temperature changes. <Features> - The PCM cuts unnecessary operation of the built-in refrigerant compressor. - Adopts a no-aerosol drain, resulting in zero aerosol during drainage. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Detailed information
-
It will be the appearance (small and medium) and the image of the heat exchanger.
-
This is a system image. The inside of the heat exchanger has a three-layer structure consisting of compressed air, PCM, and refrigerant. It monitors the minimum temperature of the compressed air and stops the refrigerant compressor when it reaches 2°C. After that, it cools the compressed air using only the stored energy. Once the minimum temperature of the compressed air rises to 6°C, the refrigerant compressor starts operating.
