■ A curtain of paint is formed by ejecting paint from precisely machined slits, and the materials transported on the conveyor pass through the curtain to be painted. ■ This painting machine is ideal for mirror finishes on flat plates and thick film coatings. ■ The head section is available in steel plate, cast iron, and stainless steel, with a fluorine coating applied to the inner surface. ■ The paint ejection surface can be adjusted in height from 100 to 250 mm above the conveyor surface. ■ A special screw-type pump with minimal foam generation is used. ■ An electric hot water heating tank is used for UV paint. ■ The main head, tank, and paint circulation system are installed on a common frame, allowing for drawer access from the line using wheels.
