Painting with a "rotary atomizer"! A detailed introduction to the process line for painting molded products!
We would like to introduce the process line from cleaning to drying of molded product painting using the "high-performance painting equipment" handled by Kamei Electronic Industrial Co., Ltd. First, the molded products are cleaned with pure water with high precision before painting. Next, automatic transportation (unmanned) is performed by robots. In the painting process, the "rotary atomization gun" increases the coating efficiency, reducing the amount of paint used and the cycle time. Finally, in the drying process, we accommodate single-component, two-component, and UV paints, performing drying with the optimal takt cycle. 【Features】 ■ Cleaning process: High-precision cleaning of molded products with pure water before painting ■ Automatic transportation: Unmanned transportation by robots ■ Painting process: Increased coating efficiency with a rotary atomization gun, reducing paint usage and cycle time ■ Drying process: Accommodates single-component, two-component, and UV paints, performing drying with the optimal takt cycle ■ Support for high-performance painting: Introduction of carbon hybrid painting equipment, also considering environmental measures *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
