SemiNex Corporation is a specialized manufacturer of high-power semiconductor lasers based on InP (1.2 to 2 um).
The semiconductor lasers in the TO-56/TO-9 can package include single-mode types up to 0.5W, multi-mode types up to 2.5W, and pulse oscillation types with peak power up to 40W. Supply without a cap and with FAC/SAC lenses is also possible.
