The RX series from Photonics Industries in the United States features an all-in-one structure that integrates the laser head and laser power supply, making it the smallest and lightest laser system available on the market in its output class among picosecond lasers. Additionally, it has pulse control functions that can accommodate various processing conditions important for laser processing, including burst mode, total pulse control, and pulse energy control (PEC). It enables processing with minimal thermal impact, which was challenging with nanosecond lasers, making it suitable for applications such as engraving and marking on metals, LED dicing, thin film removal, microfabrication, cutting and drilling of glass, sapphire, ceramics, and 3D LIDAR.
