The "NRTT-2013" is a timing tester that measures the timing of state changes in individual circuits, with a total of 8 channels consisting of 6 pulse channels and 2 analog channels, as well as state changes between circuits. Operation is performed using the included tablet device (Android Nexus 7). The tablet allows for the setting of measurement conditions and the graphical display of measurement results.
